I'm between 4.5 Stars and 5 stars.
I would say that this book is the best of all the series for me. I'm happy now that she took her time writing this book because at the end it was fantastic and if I have to accept such an horrible cover but in exchange I got a good book,I'm all right with it because now I like and accept this cover, totally!
I loved Nesta's character more than Feyre through all the series I was always waiting when she would appear and Cassian because she was interesting, she was a real alive true person with guilts, mistakes, hurts, emotions and I liked her strong character. J.Mass created a great female heroine in this book.
S.J.Mass got better in her writing in this book, it was well and better written than the others of this series. I pretty enjoyed this story without a moment of boredom. I loved the themes that she chose to discuss in this book as well as the secondary characters with whom she treated some difficult subjects. (I cried at some parts of the story)
I liked that we got a book only about Nesta and Cassian. I loved Nesta's power and how she used it, I loved when the author brought in her books mythical creatures from other cultures or created new ones. I loved the fights and the last part was so Hunger games-ish. I loved the House with Nesta.
Why lie? It was a good book with an amazing story and I enjoyed my time reading it but I still hope that J.Maas will give Tamline another chance in love. For sure I will wait for the next books with Az, Mor, Elain and Lucien.
